A generous, loose fitting, thigh length hooded coat cut from a heavy wool/cotton carpet twill with a rugged coarse surface in blue. Features a three-piece hood with the central panel extending through the back to the hem and patch pockets at the waist. Raglan sleeves offer a natural fit at the shoulder, allowing the silhouette to hang freely and provide comforting, blanket-like warmth. Constructed with a full lining in rinsed cotton plain weave for a long lasting, fully encased finish.
The Wool Carpet Twill is custom woven for Tender in the USA using a cotton warp and and a high slub woollen weft. Commonly used for flat-weave carpeting, the coarsely spun yarn is remarkably durable and long lasting. The twill weave displaces the wool yarns to the exterior face, leaving a smoother cotton backing against the skin to preserve comfort.
