After a chance meeting in 2017 while they were both studying at Atelier Chardon Savard, Hugo Sire and Yojiro Ichikawa first bonded over their shared focus on men’s tailoring. Following their graduation they honed their skills together at Hermès and stints with other Parisian brands, before founding SIRE as a shared means of expression. Combining Sire’s natural familiarity with the French market as a Paris native with Ichikawa’s textile and manufacturing knowledge within Japan, SIRE binds Parisian elegance with Japanese precision. Familiar staples are heightened with high grade, fine materials and exacting production standards to produce simple designs of a quiet, understated elegance.
