
Overview:
We are looking for someone who can manage and organize backstock at all locations, while also managing incoming shipments and outgoing online orders.
Responsibilities:
- organize and tend to backstock at all retail locations
- manage supply levels and ordering of supplies
- receive incoming shipments; confirming what is delivered is what was ordered; reconciling discrepancies
- input product into Shopify
- fulfill online orders: pulling sold items from each location, packing, making labels, fulfilling in Shopify
- facilitate returns from clients and to vendors
Qualifications:
- must be self-motivated and highly organized
- able to problem solve
- comfortable using Mac computers and Shopify
- able to work flexible hours
- experience working in a multi-brand retail environment
- excellent communication skills
- detail-oriented
