An oversized, button-front coverall jacket cut from MT-Wax in deep navy. Features rounded edges at the collar tips and closure, the classic military style button closure, and large patch pockets at the waist. Generous proportions combine with the dense structure of the cloth for a structured utility silhouette that softens with age. Constructed using a french seams throughout for MAN-TLE's signature, hard wearing finish that is built to stand the test of time.
MT-Wax cloth is a high density, midweight plain weave, woven for MAN-TLE in Shizuoka using a mix of Australian and American cottons. After weaving it is treated with a baked paraffin wax finish in Fukui, resulting in its trademark rigid dense hand. With wear and washing the waxed coating softens, shaping to the body and becoming more papery in texture.
