A now familiar loose fitting zip-front jacket cut from a midweight, high density, dry cotton/linen corduroy in a dark carbon grey. Features a classic collar with a hidden stand, a matte finished two-way Lampo zipper, dual entry pockets at the waist with top and side openings, and a gusseted cuff detail. Wide proportions through the body combine with sloping dropped shoulders and a dramatic taper to the waist using elastic for a pleasing bloused silhouette. Completed with a full lining in a fine, undyed organic cotton typewriter cloth for a long lasting, fully encased finish.
The Cotton Linen Corduroy is woven in Wakayama before the pile is cut in Shizuoka at one of. the last remaining corduroy cutters in Japan. Here the cloth has been dyed to a dark charcoal grey using a special carbon dye process that imparts a distinct, dry hand.
