A relaxed fitting, boxy, lined over shirt cut from a dry, tweedy herringbone check in subtle shades of olive and charcoal. Features a classic collar, large dropped chest pockets with button closures, and button-fastening cuff adjusters at the sleeves. Dropped shoulders offer a graceful sloped drape line allowing for natural movement through the silhouette with swung volume through the back. Completed with a full lining in a crisp, undyed cotton typewriter cloth for a long lasting encased finish; Corozo buttons.
The Wool Herringbone Check is woven using a blend of coarser British wool and super fine Australian Merino wool. The yarns are spun in Okazaki, Japan by a specialist woollen yarn spinner using top-dyed fibres for a heathered effect in each yarn. The resulting cloth bears a subtle, tonal check pattern with a sense of veiled elegance.
