Christopher Raeburn is a British fashion designer who coalesces the principles of functionality, sustainability and high concept in his eponymous menswear and womenswear label. Since graduating from the esteemed Royal College of Art in 2006, Raeburn has gone on to evolve the oft explored ethos of re-appropriating military silhouettes and fabrics. The burgeoning designer is noted for both his innovative fabric development as well as an intelligent interpretation of recycled materials, with the accolades to prove it. He takes an uncharted approach to serving function, fashion and high ethical standards in garment design. Each of his seasonal offerings puts focus on different forms of tactical gear and their encounters with specific environments. Aside from operating his own label, Raeburn has also produced collections for high performance cycling company, Rapha, and serves as Artistic Director for iconic Swiss outfitter, Victorinox.
