Started in 1895 in France as J. Fenestrier, a bespoke men's shoemaker, the line Robert Clergerie as we know it today launched in 1978. After a decade of sabbatical from men's shoes, creative director Roland Mouret brought back the line in 2014. Renowned for their use of traditional techniques as well as innovation, Robert Clergerie shoes are still made in the same manufacturing site in Romans, France, that was erected over 120 years ago. They are proud to respect the traditions established by J. Fenestrier: quality, comfort, design.
