Over the years the US online market has become our largest online market. This has allowed us to grow our business and increase our offering. We thank you for your support as it has been integral for us to continue to do what we love to do.

As of midnight on Thursday, August 28, an executive order signed by the US President eliminates the de minimis shipment exception. This rule previously allowed goods under $800 USD to enter duty-free, streamlining the majority of our orders to the US.

With this change, we need to restructure how we ship orders to the US. We are actively researching the best solutions to ensure your shipments arrive on time, to minimize any additional duties or taxes, and to remain as transparent as possible throughout the process.

Because this situation is evolving, we will be pausing all US orders starting Wednesday, August 27 at 6:00 PM PST. Any orders placed prior to this will ship as we have in the past. We anticipate reaching a resolution within a week and will update you through another newsletter and on our website once we’re ready to reopen our US online store.
