Cottle's signature all natural rendition of a classic high pile fleece in their custom developed, coyote brown, yak wool/FoxFibre® fleece jersey. Features a stand collar, zip-closure hand pockets at the waist, a zip-closure left breast pocket, and elbow reinforcement patches. Boxy proportions combine with paneled construction typical of outdoor garments for a sense of familiar utility whose edges have been softened by the deeply organic soul of Cottle's materials. Constructed with flat locked reinforcements throughout for improved durability and a smoother inner surface with reduced bulk; YKK zippers, cord zipper pulls.

Developed by Sally Fox, FoxFibre® cottons are heirloom varieties that produce coloured fibres, eliminating the need for dyeing during production. This edition of Cottle's Sunset Pile fleece blends Sally's coyote brown variety with natural yak wool for a singular sense of warmth that is incredibly satisfying. Contrasting panels have been dyed using persimmon tannins to a rich deep brown that provides a pleasing contrast while maintaining the natural soul. The contours of the contrast panels at the chest are intended to evoke the sun hovering midway above the horizon as it sets.
