PORTER is the main label of Yoshida, a Japanese company founded in 1935, with a rich history and an international reputation as a leading luggage company. Each Porter bag and accessory is still handmade in Japan by the company’s skilled craftsmen, with strict attention to materials and the smallest details. We have chosen the signature “TANKER” series introduced in 1983, which is inspired by the MA-1 military jacket. The "SMOKY" series features a uniquely woven nylon cotton fabric, and the “BEAT” series is made from tough cotton canvas with a waterproof layer underneath. All the items have been made with “Heart and Soul in every stitch,” a company principle.
