Newly introduced, long rise, generous, wide fitting pants cut from MT Wax in black. Feature a zip fly, a sliding belt-threaded button closure, front slash pockets, and rear patch pockets. Exaggerated roomy proportions throughout combine with the extended rise to offer a strong silhouette that falls with a sense of sculptural volume, appearing to envelope the body. Constructed using french seams and a flat felled inseam for an encased finish that maximizes longevity.
MT-Wax cloth is a high density, midweight plain weave, woven for MAN-TLE in Shizuoka using a mix of Australian and American cottons. After weaving it is treated with a baked paraffin wax finish in Fukui, resulting in its trademark rigid dense hand. With wear and washing the waxed coating softens, shaping to the body and becoming more papery in texture.
