Racing Atelier

Born from an idiosyncratic, solutions-oriented approach to design, Racing Atelier is the brain child of Leander Angerer. Within his small workshop tucked away in the Bavarian Alps, Angerer produces bags, among other goods, that embody a unique juxtaposition of past and future. The trademark material contrast between leather (natural, ancient) and dyneema (synthetic, modern), each employed to optimize their innate utility, offers an unusual suite of combined properties and a singular aesthetic. Made one-by-one in the “Racing Atelier,” each bag can be seen not only as a functional object that is built to live a long life but as an expression of Angerer’s own soul and his singular approach to design.
