MAN-TLE’s iconic, oversized down jacket cut from a dense, double-woven wool gabardine in black. Features an oversized padded collar, front on-seam pockets, and the signature pull-toggle closure system originally designed for convertible soft tops. This iteration is filled with twice as much down, offering significant additional insulation while creating a full, rounded silhouette that complements the smooth, elegant surface of the gabardine. Constructed with a full lining in a fine, black nylon ripstop for a long lasting, fully encased finish.
Impact Wool is a densely woven, back-satin double gabardine produced in Ichinomiya, Japan from pure, extra fine Australian Merino wool. The exterior face bears a familiar textured gabardine surface while the reverse side bears a smooth satin structure that produces a unique pliable, spongy hand. Descaled wool fibre allows for a deeper black colour and provides both a smoother surface as well as improved crease resistance.
