A newly introduced, rib-knit sweater in an undyed, natural, Australian Polwarth wool yarn. Wide proportions allow the wool to drape freely through the chest while tapered sleeves control the volume and make for easy layering. Looser fitting through the neckline suggests a sense of ease that complements the rich naturalistic colour of the yarn. Constructed in Australia using full-fashion knit panels and linked seams for a long lasting shape that minimizes waste in production.
The wool used for this sweater is sourced from a single flock of Polwarth sheep who have been grazing the hills of Tarndwarncoort, South-Western Victoria since 1860. Processed and knit entirely within Australia, the Polwarth wool bears similar properties to Merino, offering exceptionally long staple fibres to produce remarkably soft yarns.
