Long Walks Black Himalayaloden

A relaxed fitting full-button blazer cut from a heavily brushed, plush Himalayaloden in black. Features a shrunken collar that can be worn standing or rolled, a curved pointed lapel line that creates a crossover detail when fully buttoned, welted flap pockets at the waist, and a single button surgeon's cuff. Shaped seams at an inlaid side panel combine with expertly tailored sleeves for a uniquely streamlined silhouette imbued with a sense of functional elegance. Constructed with a full lining in a fine, undyed cotton twill including two side-entry inner pockets for a fully encased finish; Corozo buttons throughout. 

The Himalayaloden is a 360gsm winter woollen woven at a 5th generation mill in Austria using super fine Australian Merino wool blended with alpaca. After weaving, the fabric is treated in a warm soapy bath and a compression machine, causing it to shrink significantly and take on a super dense, more plush, felt-like texture. The Himalayaloden is completed by passing through a natural thistle nap machine, a continuation of traditional methods, to create a directional surface nap that provides natural water repellency. The final cloth bears a pleasing weightiness and durability that is built to withstand the winter elements.
