A generous, loose fitting, hoodless duffle coat cut from a plush, double-woven wool melton in black. Features a generous storm collar, an asymmetrical double-breasted-style closure, reinforced drop-in patch pockets at the waist, and tabbed cuff cinches. Based on an adaptation of traditional British military coats designed for postal workers, the roomy fit is well suited to cold weather layering and produces an elegant, cocoon-like silhouette through the lofty structure of the cloth. Constructed using reinforced raw-edge seams, true to the original reference, to shed weight and bulk while retaining insulation and longevity; Urushi lacquer coated wooden toggles.
