Sleep Whispering Sea Cotton Shirt Sumi Ink

An easy, boxy, two-button pullover shirt cut from a double-woven gauze cotton with layers affixed to one another using sashiko stitches. Wide proportions through the body combine with the lightness of the gauze cloth to produce an airy loose silhouette that is ideally suited to warm weather or as a base layer. Constructed using chain stitched, flat felled seams throughout, producing a wrinkled effect at the seams while offering excellent durability. Completed with Mother of Pearl buttons that have been reinforced using small leather washers at the interior.

This edition has been dyed using sumi ink, a charcoal based pigment, to produce a cool soft grey with subtle variation in tone throughout.
