To Canada: We ship for a flat rate of $15 within Canada using Fedex Ground. All shipments include a tracking number and delivery time is 2-6 business days depending on your location. Fedex Express shipping (1-3 business days) is also available for $30.
To USA: We ship for a flat rate of $15 to the United States of America using Canada Post/USPS. All shipments include a tracking number and delivery time is 2-6 business days depending on your location. Canada Post Express shipping (1-3 business days) is also available for $35.
To International: We use TNT for orders outside of Canada and the USA. Shipping rates to International locations depend on the weight and value of the package. We ship to most countries and your order should reach your destination between 2-6 business days depending on your location. All orders are traceable, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order when the package ships. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your shipment to be processed.
*An in-store pick up option is also available upon checkout for customers who wish to retrieve their items from our retail locations in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This option is free of charge.
Custom fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges may apply on International shipments. This depends on the country of destination. Returns & Exchanges
In-store purchases: Regular priced items in original condition with applicable tags are eligible for store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase. No Refunds. All undergarments, print and sale items are Final Sale.
Online purchases: Returns, exchanges and store credits are accepted only on regular priced items; and must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivered date. All undergarments, print and sale items are Final Sale. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or have a store credit. Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. All returned items must be unworn, with all tags and in original condition. Original shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. Neighbour is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.
