Used and praised for centuries, skincare oils are now being rediscovered, with their potent ingredients and streamlined formulas. F. Miller Skincare, based out of Toronto, uses all natural ingredients with super benefits for face, body and hair. But as with everything, it's all in the details, and application is one detail that shouldn't be overlooked.

F. Miller Lip Balm has a grainy texture on application that melts away into super smooth conditioning texture.

Massage the Face Oil into your skin with firm, upward, long strokes. The pressure should feel good, just enough to release the tension from the muscles and to increase the blood circulation, free toxins, and relax fine lines. There are no set rules, just follow what feels good to you, really love and caress your skin!

Applying the Body Oil on moist skin is the best way; it will penetrate and absorb deeper and faster. Massage onto your shoulders and chest, arms  - and anywhere else - when you get out of the shower or bath.

A thick application of Face Oil and a lengthy massage, perhaps in front of the tv, is a great way to unwind after a long day. Tension builds up along the jawline and under the cheekbones, it feels great spending extra time massaging those muscles.

You can use the Face Oil as an eye cream: just a few drops are needed. Using your ring fingers, lightly sweep from the inner corners of your eye, along the brow bone and back to the inner corner along the bottom. This may seem like the wrong way, but the tear ducts act as drainage for any toxins built up in the eye area.

Two or three drops of the Hair Oil can be massaged into the ends of dry or wet hair for an everyday mini treatment, or massage a bit more in all the way up to the scalp and leave on overnight for a deeper treatment. The oil can also be rubbed into the lengths of your hair starting below the ears for pre-shampoo conditioning.

The muscles in your neck are among the strongest and hardest working, so give them some love by sweeping both hands downwards along your neck. Reach around and massage the back of your neck from your shoulders to the base of your skull for an extra release.
